As a Line Coach, you will directly contribute to the overall success of a multi-million-dollar Restaurant and its people. In this role you are responsible for your team’s delivery of a consistent and crafted product and leading through genuine warmth and care, providing our guests with memorable and Iconic culinary experiences. You will manage labour budgets, maintain a pristine environment, and ensure the highest quality product. As a coach and mentor, you will motivate and inspire those around you to directly impact their continuous learning, growth, and development.
